We’re looking for an Adoption & Change Lead to:
- Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives across GWM, aligning with business priorities and driving user engagement at scale.
- Provide subject matter expertise on AI solutions (Red, Copilot, Agentic AI) to enable teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Design and deliver change management and communications programs that translate complex technical concepts for diverse global stakeholders and audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to diagnose adoption challenges and drive behavioral change.
- Build and manage adoption dashboards, and feedback mechanisms, tracking metrics and refining strategies based on data and insights.
- Oversee and orchestrate global engagement activities – events, workshops, and showcases – to foster an active AI transformation community.
Your Team
You’ll be part of the Digital Transformation team based in Zurich. The Digital Transformation team serves as the central hub for driving AI and Digital Transformation across GWM globally, with mandates spanning strategy and partnership, delivery management, AI adoption and change management, and team capabilities development.

You will work closely with and be supported by senior members of the Digital Transformation team, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Communications, or a related field is required; an advanced degree and relevant AI certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience leading change management and communications for large-scale, cross-regional global transformation programs in the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, with experience navigating operational complexities across multiple regions.
- A proven track record of AI adoption initiatives within multinational environments, including experience managing the adoption of both in-house and external AI solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing comprehensive adoption and communication strategies for complex, multi-jurisdictional technology rollout programs in the banking sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with extensive editorial and presentation experience; the ability to tailor messaging to diverse, multicultural audiences and senior stakeholders is essential. Native or fluent English is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with profound experience working in cross-functional, cross-divisional teams.
- A creative, proactive, and adaptable leader, recognized for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation in global organizations.
