What Will Be Your Tasks?
- Design mechanical principles and system architecture during the initial project phase.
- Define mechanical interfaces with suppliers, ensuring proper support and follow-up.
- Distribute and prioritize tasks and sub-projects among the project team based on available manpower, staff skills, and task constraints.
- Create engineering 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical parts, assembly, and installation in compliance with engineering design rules and processes.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals in terms of schedule, quality, and cost.
- Implement design-to-weight and design-to-cost approaches based on project requirements.
- Quickly address risk items, overcome project roadblocks, and identify gaps between activities and customer expectations.
- Conduct revisions on 3D parts and assembly drawings as necessary.
- Prepare, check, and release certification and compliance documentation and participate in tests to produce corresponding reports.
What You Should Bring With You ⛳️
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Several years of experience in engineering mechanical domains and management.
- Proficiency in CAE & CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Catia V5, Siemens NX, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team spirit.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
