As a valued member of our Solution Consulting team, you will significantly influence our future success by supporting one of our most strategic customers in the Life Sciences sector. Collaborating closely with the Client Director, you will position and promote the ServiceNow platform, engage with existing customer stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for integrating ServiceNow into their business landscape. We seek a thought leader in AI who can elevate the customer's operations, preparing them for the evolving Agentic AI era.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as a technical consultant with the advanced skill set required to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions throughout the sales cycle. You will work towards achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your designated territory.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and enterprise architects, aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with critical business outcomes and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Design and deliver compelling, outcome-focused demonstrations that effectively communicate business value beyond just technical features.
  • Master the art of business storytelling, creating narratives that relate the customer's specific challenges to the solution architecture and measurable results.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements that could meet customer needs and deliver additional value.
  • Share and gain insights on best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in utilizing or critically assessing how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • A minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or strong technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Collaborative experience working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with Sales counterparts to drive execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
