Job Description

As a valued member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future success by supporting one of our most strategic customers in the Life Sciences sector. Collaborating closely with the Client Director, you will be responsible for positioning and selling the ServiceNow platform to this customer. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing stakeholders and identifying new opportunities to further integrate ServiceNow into their business operations. We are particularly eager to find a thought leader in AI who can elevate our customer's business, preparing them for the Agentic AI era.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Solution Consultant will serve as a technical expert, capable of developing and presenting product-specific solutions throughout the sales cycle while meeting quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations tailored to align our solutions with customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and enterprise architects, aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with critical business outcomes and long-term strategic goals.
  • Design and deliver compelling, outcome-focused demonstrations that articulate business value beyond mere technical features.
  • Master the art of business storytelling, creating narratives that connect the customer's specific challenges directly to the solution architecture and measurable results.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can better meet customer needs and deliver additional value.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve the quality and efficiency of our team.
  • Stay informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging AI for enhancing work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, which may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence in conjunction with sales counterparts.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
