Our M&A advisors possess extensive experience, having successfully completed numerous deals and trained at top-tier investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.

The Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides our clients with financial and strategic advice related to M&A transactions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Interact with senior-level client staff on demanding domestic and cross-border projects, developing financial models (such as valuation or merger models), and preparing documents and presentations for management while handling day-to-day client communication.
• Enhance your deal execution expertise through project management, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction documents and client presentations.
• Participate in landmark transactions within the Swiss marketplace, delivering buy- and sell-side advisory services to our discerning financial institutions clientele in Switzerland.
• Become part of a global network of M&A specialists and experience a highly professional, diverse, and dynamic work environment.
• Expand your professional network while working independently under the guidance of an engagement manager/director.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are an open and curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, complemented by international academic or work experiences, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, you possess 1-3 years of prior experience in executing and originating M&A transactions, gained at an investment bank, consultancy firm, or another Big4 firm, with a preference for familiarity with key Swiss industry sectors.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
