Our M&A practice features a dedicated group of highly qualified individuals. All new team members get to work on live engagements and have the opportunity to make a real contribution to transactions as well as deal generation from day one.

Our M&A advisors have a long track record of completed deals and are thoroughly trained in bulge bracket investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.

The Corporate Finance Advisory Team offers our clients financial and strategic advice in the context of M&A transactions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Interact and collaborate with senior-level client personnel on demanding domestic and cross-border projects, developing financial models (such as valuation or merger models), preparing information memoranda, and managing client communications.
• Strengthen your deal execution experience, including project management, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction documents and client presentations.
• Be part of landmark transactions in the Swiss marketplace, providing buy- and sell-side advisory services to our discerning financial institutions clientele in Switzerland.
• Join a global network of M&A specialists and work in a highly professional, diverse, and engaging work environment.
• Develop and broaden your network while working autonomously under the supervision of an engagement manager or director.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are an open and curious person with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as international academic or work experiences, and you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ideally, you have 1-3 years of prior work experience in the execution and origination of M&A transactions, obtained at an investment bank, a consultancy firm, in private equity/buy-side roles, or another Big4 firm, with knowledge of key Swiss industry sectors being advantageous.
• You are fluent in English; additional knowledge of German is a plus.
