Our M&A practice features a dedicated group of highly qualified individuals. All new team members engage in live transactions and contribute meaningfully to deal generation from day one.

Our M&A advisors boast a strong track record of completed deals, having been thoroughly trained within bulge bracket investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.

The Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides clients with financial and strategic advice in the context of M&A transactions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Interact and collaborate with senior client staff on demanding projects—domestic and cross-border. Develop financial models (e.g., valuation or merger models), prepare information memoranda, and management presentations while managing day-to-day client communications.
• Strengthen your deal execution experience: project management, financial analysis, preparation of transaction documents, and client presentations.
• Be a part of landmark transactions in the Swiss marketplace, providing buy- and sell-side advisory services to our discerning financial institutions clientele.
• Engage with a global network of M&A specialists within a highly professional, diverse, and dynamic work environment.
• Expand and enhance your network while working autonomously under the guidance of an engagement manager/director.

Who We Are Looking For

• An open and curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as international academic or work experiences, who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ideally, 1-3 years of prior work experience in executing and originating M&A transactions, gained at an investment bank, consultancy firm, private equity/buy-side, or another Big4 firm. Knowledge of key Swiss industry sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an additional advantage.
