• Ability to translate scientific findings into practice and strategically further develop nursing processes
• High level of independence and decision-making capability
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Structured and analytical thinking for the development of innovative nursing models
• Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
