- Completed studies in Master of Science in Nursing (APN).
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in a specialized area.
- High analytical skills and enthusiasm for implementing scientific findings into practice.
- Strong communication skills to act as a link between patients, relatives, nursing teams, and doctors.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically in the development of nursing concepts.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
