YOUR PROFILE

At Beau Soleil, the role of Admissions Manager extends beyond mere inquiries; it's about nurturing relationships, instilling confidence, and creating a memorable first impression of our school.

No two days are alike in this dynamic role. One moment, you might be addressing a parent's initial question; the next, you could be welcoming a family to campus or preparing for an event that unites our global community. From the first interaction to the student’s first day, you'll support each family with care and professionalism.

Your collaboration with academic and boarding teams will ensure a smooth transition for every new student. Additionally, you will represent Beau Soleil on a global stage, sharing what makes our school uniquely special with families and educational consultants. This role involves frequent international travel, often on short notice, and can be intense and fast-paced.

Fluency in English and French is essential, with Russian being a valuable asset. You will bring warmth, initiative, and clarity to your role, recognizing that every family's journey is unique, and you'll be prepared to contribute to each narrative.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary contact for prospective families, providing clear, timely, and personalized responses to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Coordinate and host tailored school visits, including trial days and meetings with teachers, to offer families a meaningful experience of the school.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, guiding them through each stage of the admissions journey with care and professionalism.
  • Oversee the full admissions process, organizing entrance tests and interviews, issuing acceptance letters, and managing fee-related matters.
  • Facilitate the smooth integration of new students by collaborating closely with academic and boarding teams.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of key school events, including new student arrival days, parent-teacher meetings, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date admissions database, ensuring essential information is readily accessible for prospective and current families.
  • Represent Beau Soleil at international fairs and events, sharing the school's values and strengths with families and educational consultants worldwide.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Russian is a plus, and additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong IT skills and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or client relations, ideally within international or boarding schools.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Valuable experience in marketing, event planning, or international education.
  • Knowledge of global education systems is an advantage.
