YOUR PROFILE

At Beau Soleil, the Admissions Manager role transcends the typical handling of inquiries — it is about building relationships, fostering confidence, and creating a memorable first impression of our school.

No two days are alike; one moment you may be addressing a parent's initial question, and the next, welcoming a family to campus or organizing an event that unites our community. From the initial contact to the pupil's first day, you will guide each family with care and professionalism.

In collaboration with academic and boarding teams, you will ensure a seamless transition for every new student. Additionally, you will represent Beau Soleil globally, showcasing what makes our school distinctive to families and educational consultants. This role entails frequent international travel, often with short notice during intense and dynamic trips.

Fluency in English and French is essential, and proficiency in Russian is a plus. You bring warmth, initiative, and clarity to your role, understanding that each application represents a unique story — one you are eager to help shape as it unfolds.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary contact for prospective families, providing clear, timely, and personalized responses to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Coordinate and host tailored school visits, including trial days and meetings with teachers, to ensure families have a meaningful first experience of the school.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, guiding them through each stage of the admissions journey with care and professionalism.
  • Oversee the full application process, from organizing entrance tests and interviews to issuing acceptance letters and managing fee-related matters.
  • Support the smooth integration of new students, working closely with academic and boarding teams for a successful start.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of key school events, including new student arrival days, parent-teacher meetings, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date admissions database, ensuring essential information is available for prospective and current families.
  • Represent Beau Soleil at international fairs and events, articulating the school’s values and strengths to families and educational consultants worldwide.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in working with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in admissions, enrolment, or client relations, preferably in international or boarding schools.
  • Experience with CRM systems is essential.
  • Experience in marketing, event planning, or international education is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of global education systems is a plus.
