Job Opportunity: Administrative Support for Management Team
In this responsible and varied role, you will take on a wide range of administrative tasks for the entire management team and serve as a key interface between internal departments. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for our external partners regarding administrative matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities
- General administrative and organizational tasks and office management
- Coordination with the finance department
- Organization of corporate and management events
- Oversight of time tracking and communication with payroll providers
- Support various tasks in IT administration
- Administrative assistance for the CEO and various business units
Your Profile
- Commercial training (e.g., Swiss KV)
- Several years of experience in a comparable administrative role
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office; willingness to take on basic IT administration tasks
- Strong prioritization skills and a structured work approach
- High level of initiative and commitment
- Flexible, discreet, and solution-oriented personality
