Job Opportunity: Administrative Support Role
In this responsible and varied role, you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks for the management team and act as a key interface between internal departments. You will be the first point of contact for our external partners regarding administrative matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities
- General administrative and organizational tasks and office management
- Coordination with the finance department
- Organization of corporate and management events
- Oversight of time tracking and liaison with the payroll provider
- Support for various tasks in IT administration
- Administrative assistance for the CEO and various business units
Your Profile
- Commercial training (e.g., Swiss KV)
- Several years of experience in a comparable administrative role
- Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office; willing to take on basic IT administration tasks
- Strong prioritization skills and a structured work approach
- High level of initiative and commitment
- Flexible, discreet, and solution-oriented personality
