Your Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative support for a research group of about 15 people
  • Oversee the research group's finances and budget, including research grants
  • Handle personnel administration, including contracts
  • Prepare annual reports
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Support events organized by the research group
  • Conduct correspondence in English and German

Your Profile

  • Solid background in secretary work and administration, or a university degree (e.g., BSc in Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
  • Experience in an academic institution (Swiss university) or similar environment
  • Service-oriented, dynamic, and communicative personality
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent and precise work style
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
  • A flair for solution-oriented and unbureaucratic approaches
