Your Responsibilities
- Manage administrative support for a research group of about 15 people
- Oversee the research group's finances and budget, including research grants
- Handle personnel administration, including contracts
- Prepare annual reports
- Perform general administrative duties
- Support events organized by the research group
- Conduct correspondence in English and German
Your Profile
- Solid background in secretary work and administration, or a university degree (e.g., BSc in Business Administration)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
- Experience in an academic institution (Swiss university) or similar environment
- Service-oriented, dynamic, and communicative personality
- Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Independent and precise work style
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
- A flair for solution-oriented and unbureaucratic approaches
