Job Description
As an Actimize Solution Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between the compliance team and IT. In this dynamic and impactful role, you will support the technical development and implementation of our applications in critical areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Market Surveillance, Trading Compliance, and Advisory & Suitability Controlling alongside the Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, capture, and analyze business and technical requirements; translate them into robust solution concepts and effective implementation strategies.
- Implement, upgrade, and enhance NICE Actimize solutions, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Deliver high-performance, reliable solutions that meet industry standards for security, quality, and performance.
- Engage throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
- Share your expertise within an agile team environment, contributing to the standardization of IT systems across our globally active business units.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or business administration, accompanied by several years of professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with NICE Actimize, including development, implementation, system upgrades, and component customization.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, process consulting, and solution design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
