The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is now managed by Cycas Hospitality, a leading white label hotel operator in Europe.
Our hotel features 343 apartments and 104 hotel rooms, providing an excellent mix for both long business stays and short city trips to Zurich. Conveniently located between the city center (15 minutes away) and Zurich International Airport (10 minutes away), we offer our guests a variety of amenities, including a fitness area, the Italian restaurant LUIGIA, an inner courtyard, two bars, and a rooftop terrace.
The Perfect Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes:
- Solid accounting knowledge (accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation)
- Experience with accounting software, specifically SAP Fiori and EMMA
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in invoicing and payment processing
- Data and document management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
- Proficiency in Business English
- A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required

Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices accurately
- Performing daily credit card reconciliations
- Correcting nominal errors through proper journal entries
- Responding to internal and external customer and supplier inquiries
- Supporting continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes
- Communicating clearly with the Regional Finance & Asset Manager
