Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accountant and HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial declarations for the organization, while also managing HR regulations within the company. The Accountant and HR Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze the monthly P/L statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Manage HR regulations, including establishing company policies for clocking, attendance, hiring, and termination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in general HR management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Additional Information
