Responsibilities
- Comply with all company, local, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compile, analyze, and report financial data.
- Create periodic reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Present data to managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Compute taxes.
- Stay informed about current legislation related to finance and accounting.
- Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Swiss market is preferred.
- Special licenses or certifications may be required.
- Knowledge of Swiss regulations and processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of mathematics and financial processes.
- Demonstration of ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail is essential.
