Job Opportunity: Accountant with Fiduciary Experience
Rosetrust AG, a boutique international trust company located in Zug, is seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small team. In collaboration with our affiliate, the English law firm Howard Rosen Solicitors, we specialize in establishing and managing trusts as well as Swiss and offshore companies for our international clientele. We are looking for an experienced accountant who is eager to grow with us in an engaging work environment.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the company, the law firm, and our clients. Our office operates with state-of-the-art technology, utilizing Windows-based software to enhance our workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting and administrative support for Rosetrust AG and its clients.
- Managing Swiss and foreign companies, including incorporation, general management, and liquidation.
- Handling payroll administration and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Providing insights on Swiss and international VAT, as well as other Swiss tax matters.
Qualifications
- Swiss qualified accountant, preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of experience in an international fiduciary company with global contacts.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and German; additional languages are a plus but not required.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAGE.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Professional attitude, service-oriented mindset, and a team player.
- Flexible with the ability to work independently.
