Collaborating closely with our affiliate, the English law firm Howard Rosen Solicitors, we specialize in the establishment and management of trusts and both Swiss and offshore companies for our international clientele. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small team and grow alongside us.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing accounting and administrative support for the company, the law firm, and our clients. We are looking for an accountant who possesses suitable fiduciary and administrative experience. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and our software environment is Windows-based.
Position
Accountant with Fiduciary Experience
Nationality/Work Status
- Swiss or EU citizen, or holder of a "C" Permit
Qualifications
- Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience)
- Several years of experience in an international fiduciary company with global contacts
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage but not required
- Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management, and liquidation)
- Strong working knowledge of Swiss and international VAT, as well as other tax matters for companies and individuals
- Experience with payroll administration
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, SAGE)
