In collaboration with its affiliate, Howard Rosen Solicitors, an esteemed English law firm located in Zug, we specialize in establishing and managing trusts as well as Swiss and offshore companies for a diverse international clientele. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Accountant with Fiduciary Experience who is eager to grow and develop within our organization. The successful candidate will provide accounting and administrative support for both the company and our clients, all while working alongside a team that values engagement and collaboration. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and our software operates on Windows.

Qualifications

• Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience)
• Several years of experience with an international fiduciary company with global connections
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous but not required
• Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management, and liquidation)
• Strong working knowledge of Swiss and international VAT, as well as other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals
• Experience with payroll administration
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, SAGE)
• General administration skills
