Your Mission

Job Description

  • Accounts Payable Operations: Contribute to the Accounts Payable function by supporting efficient processes to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Invoice & Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while upholding compliance and control standards.
  • Financial Closing: Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings by ensuring accurate accruals and adhering to deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of AP processes, implementing best practices, technology, and automation solutions.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure accurate processing of AP transactions and help maintain compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements.
  • Strategic Contribution: Assist in the development of future-ready AP solutions that enable sustainable business growth.

Your Story

Requirements

  • Education & Qualification: Hold a degree in accounting or a related field; a professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is advantageous.
  • Experience: Possess 2-4 years of accounting experience with solid AP expertise in an international environment.
  • Technical Skills: Have solid knowledge of PO management and three-way match (or similar) controls.
  • ERP Knowledge: Have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or a comparable ERP system.
  • Collaboration: Be a strong communicator in English and German, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work across functions and with external partners.
  • Mindset: Be proactive, adaptable, and enjoy taking ownership.
