Rosetrust AG is a boutique international trust company based in Zug. In collaboration with our affiliate, Howard Rosen Solicitors, an English law firm in Zug, we specialize in setting up and managing trusts and Swiss and offshore companies for our international clientele. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small team and grow with us.

The successful candidate will provide accounting and administrative support to the company, the law firm, and our clients. We are looking for an accountant with suitable fiduciary and administrative experience to contribute to our dynamic work environment, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and Windows-based software.

Accountant with Fiduciary Experience

Nationality/Work Status

Swiss or EU citizen or holder of a "C" Permit

Qualifications

• Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience)
• Several years of experience working for an international fiduciary company with global contacts
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are a plus but not required
• Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management, and liquidation)
• Good working knowledge of Swiss and international VAT, along with other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals
• Experience with payroll administration
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, SAGE)
• General administration skills
