What You Do
- Customer Advocate and Market Thought Leader: Build and model trustworthy relationships in the market to provide differentiated expertise across the executive suite of customers and prioritized partners. Drive year-over-year satisfaction improvement in Customer & Partner Experience through Account Team Quality, Customer Plans, and Account Transition experience.
- Growth and Transformational Sales Leader: Champion operational excellence through the landing, coaching, and adoption of Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) across the industry.
- People Leader: Build capabilities for the customer journey across all Professional Services, Communications, and Media Industries. Foster a talent pipeline to ensure coverage and headcount preservation while developing an inclusive culture that attracts top talent coupled with a track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Steward of the Business: Lead the RoB, providing leadership for segment operations by partnering with Enablement & Operations and Finance to ensure alignment with weekly Area and Core to regional rhythms.
- Compliance: Commit to upholding Microsoft’s trust by adhering to its values, culture, and Trust code in every decision.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively sponsor transformation initiatives across areas, including Coaching for Impact and learning programs to upskill your direct team and the V-Team working with customers.
- Create a culture that drives a rolling 12-month Account Team Unit (ATU) Stage 1 Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) pipeline and Usage pipeline.
- Dedicating time weekly for each market to build a consistent coaching rhythm, enabling teams to excel in Field Revenue Accountability (FRA) Consumption and Usage Excellence.
- Lead as the ambassador for The Era of AI, engaging with senior-level decision-makers and emphasizing Software Defined Sovereignty, Azure, AI, and Cybersecurity.
- Drive accountability by leading connection rhythms on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Build credibility by developing an understanding of industry imperatives and customer executive priorities.
- Promote success through empowerment and accountability, modeling best practices for your team.
- Attract, retain, and develop talent to align with industry and customer needs.
- Utilize your expertise to guide teams in identifying solutions that drive new opportunities and navigate relevant local trade, regulatory, and policy environments.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field, along with extensive experience in sales, managing high-performance teams, and/or in leadership roles within large organizations, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, capable of producing executive-level materials and driving clarity across diverse audiences.
- Exceptional business understanding, sales acumen, and a proven track record of driving growth and transformation.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Experience working with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to lead organizations or teams through change.
- German and French language skills are a plus.
