You will have the opportunity to understand how clients utilize our data, supporting their ongoing growth and success. The position combines relationship management, commercial responsibility, and close collaboration with internal teams, requiring a curious, structured, and proactive mindset. • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned client accounts, cultivating trusted, long-term working relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s organization, priorities, sustainability objectives, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular, structured communication to stay attuned to client developments and plans.

Supporting Client Value Creation

  • Ensure clients can effectively translate our data into solutions, tools, or workflows that generate tangible value.
  • Verify the relevance of these solutions over time and ensure they continue to deliver value.
  • Assist clients in reflecting on the evolution of their data usage and inspire further use cases.
  • Act as a thoughtful sparring partner, aligning sustainability goals with practical data usage.

Commercial & Account Management

  • Proactively grow assigned client accounts by expanding value-creating use cases and the commercial scope over time.
  • Oversee the commercial development of assigned accounts, including renewals and extensions.
  • Understand contractual and licensing frameworks, supporting conversations around scope, usage, and coverage.
  • Identify changes in client usage, organization, or tooling that may influence the commercial setup and address them proactively.
  • Provide clear, structured input into forecasting, including timing, value changes, risks, and context.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Plan and execute account strategies focused on enhancing relationships, expanding relevant use cases, and sustaining engagement.
  • Monitor client activity, market developments, and public signals (such as sustainability commitments, partnerships, product launches) to assess their relevance.
  • Translate observations into actionable items, discussion points, or opportunities.

Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate client-related topics across internal teams (e.g., legal, technical, product, operations) to ensure timely and organized responses.
  • Advocate for the client internally, facilitating alignment across functions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation on account status, opportunities, and key developments.
  • Contribute to enhancing internal processes and operational efficiency within the account management team.
