A Role You Will Love

As an entry-level Account Manager, you will gain valuable knowledge of the share plans industry while developing your skills in building and maintaining client relationships. Collaborating with our Global Client Service teams, you will enhance Equatex's reputation by:

  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering effective and efficient solutions that add value.
  • Prioritizing client requests to ensure accuracy and quality before execution by service delivery teams.
  • Overseeing operations for multinational clients administering share plans.
  • Assuming full ownership of client service delivery, maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
  • Monitoring client requests, ensuring correct prioritization, service levels, and client satisfaction.
  • Handling event and project management tasks, including planning, presentations, and leading client meetings.
  • Acting as the main interface between clients and service delivery teams for regular and ad-hoc requests.
  • Analyzing client plans and developing comprehensive solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Industry Experience: Previous work in the financial industry is advantageous, or an education with a business background that includes an understanding of financial markets.
