About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Account Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. If you excel in communication, possess a proactive attitude, and have a talent for nurturing client relationships, we want to hear from you! Fluency in English is required, and conversational German is a plus.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in the share plans industry while developing your multi-faceted skills in client relationship management. Collaborating with our Global Client Service teams, you’ll enhance Equatex's reputation by:

• Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing the smooth execution of all client requests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Taking ownership of project planning and effective communication through presentations and meetings.
• Analyzing client plans and creating comprehensive solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
