Account Manager – Zurich

A Role You Will Love

As an entry-level Account Manager, your role will involve developing your knowledge of the share plans industry while honing your skills in building and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with our Global Client Service teams to enhance these relationships and uphold the reputation of Equatex.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients to provide exceptional customer service and deliver effective solutions that add value.
  • Prioritizing client requests with accuracy, ensuring quality checks before execution by our service delivery teams.
  • Overseeing operations for multinational clients managing their share plans administration.
  • Taking ownership of client service delivery, including maintaining and retaining relationships and ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Monitoring and prioritizing client requests and checking the quality and completeness of all requests before execution.
  • Managing events and projects, including planning and coordination, conducting presentations, and leading client meetings and conference calls.
  • Serving as the primary contact between clients and service delivery teams for regular and ad-hoc requests.
  • Analyzing client plans and developing comprehensive solutions in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Have experience in the financial industry or possess a background in business that includes understanding financial markets.
