Account Manager – Zurich

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Zurich. This position allows for a flexible work arrangement, including the option to work from home for part of the week. Learn more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex.

Your Role

As an entry-level Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge within the share plans industry while developing your skills in building and maintaining client relationships. You'll collaborate with our Global Client Service teams to strengthen client connections and elevate Equatex's reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Prioritizing client requests and ensuring they are accurately executed by our service delivery teams.
• Taking full ownership of client service delivery and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Conducting event and project management, including planning, presentations, and leading client meetings and conference calls.
• Analyzing client plans and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to set up system configurations and processes.

• Background: Experience in the financial industry or a business education understanding financial markets is advantageous.
