A Role You Will Love

As an entry-level Account Manager, your role will involve developing your knowledge of the share plans industry and enhancing your skills in client relationship management. You will collaborate with our Global Client Service teams to strengthen these relationships and elevate Equatex's reputation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering efficient solutions that add value.
• Prioritizing client requests, ensuring accuracy, and quality-checking before execution by service delivery teams.
• Overseeing operations for multinational clients in administering share plans.
• Owning client service delivery, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and managing stakeholder interactions effectively.
• Monitoring and prioritizing client requests, tracking service levels and satisfaction, and ensuring thoroughness before execution.
• Managing events and projects, including planning, coordination, and leading meetings and presentations as needed.
• Serving as the primary interface between clients and service delivery teams for various requests.
• Analyzing client plans and developing comprehensive solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
