Your Main Missions
As a vital member of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly onboarded customers, helping them understand how Coface Mid Market solutions can benefit their business.
- Support clients with Mid Market contracts, fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
- Develop business within an existing B2B customer portfolio, either directly or through a broker network.
- Engage in all up-selling and cross-selling activities.
- Initiate, plan, and execute the policy renewal process while negotiating with customers and/or brokers.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements for new and existing business (KYC, KYI, and UBO processes) in collaboration with our back office and shared service center.
- Control, report, and manage customer consumption effectively.
- Conduct regular visits to customers and brokers to maintain relationships.
- Actively collect market intelligence data to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in external events to promote our services and expand our network.
- Handle client reporting, annual account planning, client meeting preparation, and regular feedback reporting.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
Education
- Higher education degree (business school or university).
- Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- AFA Insurance Intermediary, Non-life Profile certification is mandatory.
Experience
- Proven experience in Account Management within the financial services sector.
Competencies
- Fluency in German and English; additional language proficiency (French/Italian) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, precise, supportive, and client-focused.
- Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines and approach problems independently and systematically.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about driving sales with both farming and hunting techniques.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
