Position Summary
As our Field Sales Manager for the Swiss market:
- You will represent ADP and our extensive range of local and international services and products to clients.
- Your primary responsibility will be to create new business opportunities and close deals.
- You will report directly to the Sales Director and maintain close relationships with local and international District Managers, Global Sales Managers, and key stakeholders within the ADP organization (Implementation, Customer Service, Sales Support, etc.) to ensure a service excellence value proposition for our customers.
- You will take ownership of your territory or account approach, aligning it with the broader Sales strategy.
- You will provide visibility on sales activities, delivering accurate monthly forecasts and ensuring the maintenance of Salesforce.com with all new accounts, opportunities, and contacts while adhering to the defined Sales processes.
Profile
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- A proven Sales aptitude in complex sales cycles and exceptional closing skills;
- A strong background in business, finance, payroll, HCM, and SaaS products/services;
- A deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Swiss market;
- The ability to develop a comprehensive ecosystem;
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience
The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Sales experience in the Swiss market, specifically within the HCM and payroll industries, as well as with large technology companies or partners, preferably in a Global Enterprise Sales environment;
- Fluency in French, German, and English;
- Proven proficiency in developing "Account Plans" and implementing related complex sales strategies for securing large accounts;
- Experience in closing new business at the international level with C-level interactions;
- A strong drive for success, results, and exceeding targets;
- Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and a positive attitude;
- The ability to navigate within an international matrix organization.
