Join Our Nautical Team as a 1st Captain
Uniworld Boutique River Cruises owns and operates a fleet of eleven intimate, boutique river cruise ships navigating the picturesque European waterways, exclusively serving English-speaking clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Navigating the ship in accordance with the company's guidelines and safety regulations.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board.
- Overseeing the maintenance of our ships during the cruise season and winter months.
- Professionally managing the Nautical Team.
- Facilitating communication on board with the Hotel Manager and Cruise Manager.
About You
- You have experience in a similar role on the Rhine-Main-Danube.
- Familiarity with Z-Drive systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- You hold a license for the Rhine up to Mainz and/or the Danube.
- You are an innovative, flexible, and proactive leader as well as a team player.
- You possess the ability to communicate fluently and conduct business in German and/or English.
- You have proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You are eager to learn and advance in your role.
