Join Our Nautical Team as a 1st Captain
Uniworld Boutique River Cruises operates a fleet of eleven intimate, boutique river cruise ships on the scenic European waterways, catering exclusively to English-speaking clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Navigating the ship in accordance with company guidelines and safety regulations.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board.
- Maintaining our ships during the cruising season and in winter.
- Professionally managing the Nautical Team.
- Communicating effectively with the Hotel Manager and Cruise Manager on board.
Who You Are
- You have experience in a similar role on the Rhine-Main-Danube.
- Experience with Z-Drive systems is a plus but not required.
- You possess a valid license for the Rhine up to Mainz and/or the Danube.
- You are an innovative, flexible, and proactive leader and team player.
- You communicate fluently in German and/or English.
- You have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You are eager to learn and grow in your role.
