Uniworld Boutique River Cruises owns and operates a fleet of eleven intimate, boutique river cruise ships navigating the picturesque European waterways, catering exclusively to English-speaking clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to support our Nautical Team in the role of:

Key Responsibilities
- Navigating the ship in accordance with company guidelines and safety regulations
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board
- Overseeing the maintenance of our ships throughout the season and winter months
- Managing the Nautical Team professionally
- Facilitating communication on board with the Hotel Manager and Cruise Manager
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a similar role on the Rhine-Main-Danube
- Possess experience with Z-Drive systems (not mandatory)
- Hold a license for the Rhine up to Mainz and/or the Danube
- Be an innovative, flexible, and proactive leader and team player
- Exhibit proficiency in conducting business in German and/or English
- Demonstrate good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be eager to learn and grow in your role
