Your Role

As a Supervisor in New Engines (LEAP or GTF), you will be responsible for the development and management of a highly effective team of approximately 20 to 25 employees. Your focus will be on achieving safety and quality standards while meeting time and cost expectations. You will coordinate your team's work with its direct stakeholders at SR Technics to align with the organization's goals and missions.

Your Tasks

• Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure the Safety and Quality Policy is communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization, including Airworthiness Directives, manuals, and documentation.
• Lead and manage a multi-cultural team, fostering performance, engagement, and a positive work environment.
• Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with all employees, implementing the performance management process (PMP) with a focus on employee motivation.
• Plan and allocate resources to ensure high productivity while monitoring labor efficiency.
• Drive personnel development and skill management to meet capacity requirements (OJT, qualifications, certifications, performance evaluations).
• Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles and 5S to achieve organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
• Participate in, prepare for, and be responsible for internal and external audits in your area, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions and compliance improvements.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, including proven leadership/management responsibilities; MRO experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational processes and higher-level interdependencies within manufacturing environments.
• Proactive, independent, and self-initiated working style, with a high performance drive and a strong focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems; Microsoft Office required, SAP is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (German is a plus).
