What Will Be Your Tasks
- Design power electronics devices with precision and innovation
- Gather information, document processes, report on design improvements, and track progress while staying aligned with the product's strategic plans
- Contribute creative ideas to R&D projects and propose follow-up activities based on project outcomes
- Provide consulting services on design-to-cost, design for manufacturing, and design for testing
- Participate in teamwork, assist colleagues, and share knowledge within the team
What You Should Bring With You ⛳️
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (FH or equivalent)
- 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment
- 1-3 years of experience as a work package leader or in a project/product leadership role
- Proficient knowledge of CAD/Creo design software
- A solution-focused mindset along with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with R&D product development methods, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma
- Fluency in English and basic knowledge of German
