Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Manager in building technology, with a focus on heating and ventilation, for one of our clients based in the canton of Neuchâtel. The key responsibilities include:
- Establishing project offers, plans, and diagrams
- Managing all projects according to SIA Standards 31 to 53
- Proposing improvements and possibilities to the client
- Managing costs and deadlines
- Conducting site meetings with various stakeholders
- Coordinating with the study office
We Expect
- A CFC in planning/designer or heating/ventilation installation
- Significant experience in a project manager position in Switzerland
- Proficiency in computer tools (AutoCAD/Plancal, Relux, MS Office)
- A valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Knowledge in electricity and plumbing (an asset)
- Field competence and a solution-oriented mindset
