Job Description
- Participate in the construction of roads and other road infrastructure in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Perform earthworks, leveling, and soil compaction to prepare foundations.
- Lay and assemble roadway elements, including curbs, sidewalks, gutters, and more.
- Implement asphalt surfacing using machinery or manual techniques.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as compactors, rollers, and paving machines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
We Expect
- You possess machinery operator permits (a plus).
- You have practical experience in road construction or a related field.
- You are knowledgeable about road construction techniques and safety standards.
- You can operate construction equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team in diverse and sometimes demanding environments.
- You are mobile within the canton.
