Our team operates from three key locations: the power units are developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are coordinated at the cutting-edge facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, serves as our strategic base within the heart of 'Motorsport Valley,' providing direct access to top F1 talent and key collaborators.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your Mission

  • Complete preparation and disassembly of chassis and gearboxes before and after track events.
  • Modular assembly of front and rear ends to ensure plug-and-play readiness for the race team.
  • Construction of complex car assemblies such as cooler stacks according to planning specifications.
  • Precise maintenance of assigned car parts, including specific driver settings and measurements.
  • Systematic booking and documentation of all technical tasks and non-kitlist parts in SAP.
  • Management of Service and Kit Lists to ensure seamless operational support.
  • Preparation of complete cars and specialized assemblies for R&D testing procedures.
  • Maintenance and preparation of the dedicated pitstop car for team practice.
  • General upkeep and maintenance of all workshop equipment and tools.
  • On-site support for pre-season testing and race events on short notice.

Your Profile

  • Vocational education in mechanics with a specialization in automotive technology.
  • Proven experience within a professional motorsport environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English for effective communication in a global team.
  • Ability to work with SAP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional focus and accuracy when working under extreme time constraints.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to a zero-mistake culture.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak car-build periods.
  • Disciplined approach to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
